We are pleased to announce that we have submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of land at Upside, Melksham for the erection of 112 dwellings, retention of the existing alloy repair centre, 675 sqm of flexible employment/commercial space), formation of public open space, foot and cycle links and associated works. A large portion of the site is potentially susceptible to flooding. A detailed flood risk assessment has been undertaken to establish the precise extent of the flood area and therefore areas where development could be located.
