Arbour Walk

In collaboration with our clients Cedar Care Homes, BBA enhanced and adapted the existing planning permission for this new purpose built residential and nursing home. The scheme required demolition of existing industrial units and the construction of a three storey facility.

The resultant scheme provides 83 bedroom care home, multiple reception rooms and leisure rooms, including lounges, themed dining rooms, sensory rooms, indoor garden, barbershop, hairdressing & nail salon and indoor cinema. These space’s locations were carefully considered for the users and their locations were distributed evenly throughout the facility. The landscaped gardens further enhance the home, with an arbour walk, sensory garden and planting platforms.
