BBA are pleased to announce that planning permission and listed building consent has been granted for Hill Farm’s Main House and Outbuildings, by South Gloucestershire Council.
The scheme will look to restore and enhance the listed buildings including the creation of additional living accommodation, including a new oak framed garden room. Other works include, a new hayloft which forms a car port with ancilary living accommodation above, a new agricultural store and holiday let apartment within the partially ruined complex of outbuildings. With works due to commence in 2021.
