BBA have just submitted Planning and Listed Building Applications, for the Change of Use of a Grade II listed Public House in Farleigh Hungerford. The Hungerford Arms, is proposed to be converted into a large luxurious family home, with a contemporary extension to the rear of the property and home office within its grounds.
Alongside the planning drawings, BBA also produced a set of Comprehensive Statements to support the ambitious proposals, including:
- A ‘Assessment of Historic Significance’ – considering the building’s history and the impact of the proposals on it.
- A ‘Planning, Design & Access Statement’ – This addressing the loss of the Public House, development in the Green Belt and the impact on heritage assets and the ecology It also explores the Site & its Context, discusses the relevant Planning Policy & narrates the Proposed Development.
