Tufthorn Avenue has started on site. The development will provide 64 new houses or flats, with a mixture of affordable or shared ownership units. The scheme in Coleford, Gloucestershire will also provide five B1 Offices.
The scheme has ecological, biodiversity and environmental enhancements throughout, which include; integrated bird and bat houses, a 10m wide buffer to provide a bat flight ‘dark corridor’ and wildlife zone with great crested newt hibernaculum.
