What We’re Looking For:
- MCIAT Membership (or actively working towards it)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and current regulations
- Proven experience in project delivery and job running
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting site visits to ensure project alignment
- Preparing detailed architectural and working drawings for planning applications and technical designs (RIBA Stages 3-7)
- Developing comprehensive reports, specifications, and schedules
- Job running and overseeing project delivery (RIBA Stages 4-7)
- Collaborating directly with clients to bring their visions to life
